ABOUT
Brian Ingram is a portrait photographer born and raised in the south and currently based just outside of Athens, Georgia. In 2013, he entered an image of his into an international photography competition consisting of over 1,000 photographers and took home 1st prize. Soon after, Brian walked away from his life as a young trial attorney to pursue his passion for photographing people. In just under four years, he has created thousands of meaningful portraits - and from hard work, persistence and an unyielding passion for making images, he has honed his skills inside and out of his personal studio and created an extensive body of work. Brian has been featured in numerous online and print publications, including Vogue Italia, Shutterbug Magazine, Fstoppers, Digital Photography Magazine, Digital SLR Photography Magazine, and Photography Masterclass Magazine. In 2015, The Huffington Post featured an article that named Brian as one of the "10 Portrait Photographers You Should Follow On 500px," and he has since photographed the album packaging for several recording artists, including a former Grammy nominee and a former contestant on NBC's "The Voice." Additionally, he's had the honor of being privately commissioned to create portraits of celebrities, entertainers and their families. When not making images, he is often at work painting and creating his own canvas backdrops inside of his wife's aerial trapeze studio on the family farm or building sets for his next photography project. Brian approaches every shoot with reverence and treats every image as if it were his last.
